Meet Dianna

Dianna Del Bianco knows what it means to grow up in a community where people genuinely care about one another. Raised in Bolton, she experienced firsthand the value of close-knit neighbourhoods, where people knew each other by name, looked out for one another, and shared a true sense of belonging.

Building a Future in Tottenham

When it came time to buy her first home, Dianna wasn’t simply searching for a house—she was searching for a place that felt like home. Nearly a decade ago, that search brought her to Tottenham.

“From the moment I arrived, I knew this was where I wanted to build my future,” she says. “It reminded me of the town I grew up in, with its small-town feel, friendly neighbours, and strong sense of community.”

Today, Ward 7 is more than where she lives—it’s where she has chosen to invest in her future.

Family has always been one of Dianna’s greatest priorities. Four years ago, she helped her parents make Tottenham their home as well, allowing them to stay close and continue building family memories together. She also enjoys spending time with her partner, Andrew, their almost seven-year-old Golden Retriever, Bentley, and their family and friends. Whether it’s walking through the neighbourhood, sharing a home-cooked meal, or supporting local businesses, she believes it’s these everyday moments that make a community special.

Dianna’s career has always centered on people. After spending many years in the hospitality industry, she learned that listening, treating people with respect, and delivering exceptional service are the foundation of every meaningful relationship.

One relationship, in particular, helped shape her career. Sixteen years ago, while working in a restaurant, she met the owners of the company where she works today. They stayed connected over the years, and the trust they built eventually led to an invitation to join their team.

“That experience reinforced something I’ve always believed,” Dianna says. “How you treat people matters.”

Today, she works closely with charities, community organizations, local businesses, and community leaders across York Region, helping bring people together, solve problems, and build lasting partnerships. Communication, collaboration, and finding practical solutions are part of her work every day—qualities she believes are equally important in public service.

Dianna is seeking to represent Ward 7 because she believes the strongest communities are built by leaders who listen first. She is committed to being approachable, accessible, and focused on practical solutions that reflect the priorities of local residents.

Those who know Dianna describe her as honest, compassionate, and someone who genuinely cares about helping others. She believes in treating everyone with kindness, respect, and integrity, and is committed to earning the trust of residents through hard work, accountability, and open communication.

“My phone will always be on, and I’ll always take the time to listen,” she says. “Because that’s what good neighbours—and good leaders—do.”
